Appointment and Retirement of Directors

The Company is pleased to announce that Mrs Anne West has been appointed as a Director of the Company with effect from 14 May 2014. Anne retired in 2012 from Cazenove Capital Management where she had served as Chief Investment Officer.

The Company also announces that Mr Peter Gale retired as a Director of the Company at the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting held on 13 May 2014.
