This announcement replaces the `Holdings in Company' announcement (no. 21802-2D6D) released on 29 August 2012 at 18:14pm. The figures contained in that announcement were incorrect and did not accurately reflect the nature of the relevant transaction or the voting-rights threshold crossed.

For the purpose of clarity, this TR-1 is being released to reflect the purchase of 70,000 ordinary shares in HgCapital Trust plc by Ian Armitage, Chairman of HgCapital, on 24 August 2012. This purchase of shares increased the holding of Mr Armitage to 5.20% of the total voting rights in the company.
