The Board of Henderson European Focus Trust plc (`the Company') announces that it has sent to shareholders the Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 30 September 2011 together with the Notice of the Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on Friday 27 January 2012 at 2.30pm at 201 Bishopsgate, London EC2M 3AE.
