Notification regarding RidgeWorth Capital Management Inc.

Henderson Group (the Group) notes the recent speculation in the media and confirms that it is in discussions regarding a potential acquisition by the Group of certain businesses of RidgeWorth Capital Management Inc. ('RidgeWorth'), the US asset manager owned by SunTrust Banks, Inc. ('SunTrust').
The Group reviews a range of strategic opportunities from time to time. Discussions with SunTrust regarding a possible transaction are ongoing and there is no certainty that any transaction in relation to RidgeWorth will proceed.
