Board Changes

The Board of Hilton Food Group plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Patricia Dimond as an Independent Non-Executive Director with effect from 1 April 2022.

Patricia is a CFA charter holder, qualified as a Chartered Accountant with the Canadian Institute working with Deloitte in Canada and the UK, is a McKinsey & Company alumnus and holds an MBA from IMD Switzerland. She has had a 30-year international career in consumer, retail and financial markets working as an Executive or Strategic Advisor with FTSE 100, Private Equity and owner managed companies. Patricia currently serves as a Non-Executive Director of Aberforth Smaller Companies Trust plc, Foresight VCT plc and LXi REIT plc where she is Chair of Audit. She is a trustee of the National Academy for Social Prescribing and the English National Opera where she is Senior Independent Director and Chair of Audit & Risk.

Additionally John Worby, Non-Executive Director, Audit Committee chair and Senior Independent Director, has advised the Board that he will not be seeking re-election at Hilton's AGM and therefore will step down from the Hilton Board on 24 May 2022.

Patricia will join the Audit, Remuneration and Nominations Committees. No further information is required to be disclosed under Listing Rule 9.6.13. Following Hilton's AGM, Patricia will become Audit Committee chair and Angus Porter will become the Senior Independent Director.
