Copies of the above documents were posted to shareholders on 22 April 2022 to those shareholders who have requested hard copies or otherwise made available and have been published on the Company's investor website at www.hiltonfoodgroupplc.com.

These documents have also been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.

The Company's 2022 Annual General Meeting will be held and broadcast from Hilton Food Group plc, 2-8 The Interchange, Latham Road, Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire PE29 6YE on Tuesday 24 May 2022 commencing at 12pm. Any changes to the AGM arrangements will be communicated to shareholders before the meeting through Hilton's website and, where appropriate, by way of a RNS announcement.

The AGM will be held as a hybrid meeting and shareholders are able to participate in the AGM electronically. The live webcast can be accessed by logging on to https://web.lumiagm.com/191-144-028 which contains a step-by-step guide (also included in the Notice of AGM) on how to join the meeting and submit votes and questions. This platform will open one hour before the scheduled AGM. Shareholders who will not be attending the meeting are encouraged to submit a proxy vote in advance of the meeting.
