Herencia Resources plc (the "Company") notes the recent increase in the Company's share price and confirms that it is not aware of any reason for this movement.
The Company advises shareholders that its current corporate position is as set out in the announcements dated 24 October 2017 and that, as set out in the Company's AGM notice and approved by shareholders at the AGM (announced on 4 July 2017), the Company is also intending to issue performance related share options to its directors in due course.
