Herencia confirms today that Michael Bohm has given notice of the following trades - on 10 January 2011, Charmaine Lobo, the wife of Michael Bohm disposed of 1,250,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 3.9p and on 12 January 2011 disposed of 4,750,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company also at a price of 3.9p.
Accordingly, Michael Bohm is now interested in 14,701,515 ordinary shares representing 1.17 % of the total number of shares in issue (of which 14,251,515 ordinary shares are held by his wife.)
It is proposed that the funds from the sale of these shares will be used to exercise options held by Michael Bohm which, when exercised, will result in a net increase in the number of shares Michael Bohm will have an interest in. A further announcement will be made as the options are subsequently exercised.
