Herencia announces that it has received notice that Shining Capital Management shareholding remains unchanged at 400 million ordinary shares in the Company, however due to recent share issues by the Company, it now represents 12.35% of the total issued share capital and voting rights of the Company.
In addition, Herencia announces that it has received notice that Nyrstar International BV shareholding remains unchanged at 194,099,734 ordinary shares in the Company, however due to recent share issues by the Company, it now represents 5.99% of the total issued share capital and voting rights of the Company.
