Voting Rights and Capital
In accordance with theΒ FSA'sΒ Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Headlam Group plc ("Headlam")Β notifiesΒ thatΒ as at 30 June 2008Β its issued share capital comprisesΒ 85,363,743Β ordinary shares of 5p each.Β All of the ordinary shares have equal voting rights. TheΒ company holdsΒ 2,261,818Β ordinary shares in treasury.Β
Therefore theΒ total number of voting rights in Headlam is 83,101,925.Β This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital ofΒ HeadlamΒ under theΒ FSA'sΒ Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
