Headlam announces that it has been notified today that MrsΒ DΒ Waldron, the spouse of Mr G Waldron (a person discharging managerial responsibilities within Headlam) purchased 50,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price ofΒ 393.31Β pence per share onΒ 13 May 2008.
Following this transaction, Mr G Waldron is beneficially interested inΒ 360,638Β ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximatelyΒ 0.43% of the issued share capital of Headlam.Β
Further,Β Headlam announces that it has been notified today thatΒ MrΒ A JΒ BrewerΒ (a person discharging managerial responsibilities within Headlam) purchased 50,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price ofΒ 393.31Β pence per share onΒ 13 May 2008.
Following this transaction, MrΒ A JΒ BrewerΒ is beneficially interested inΒ 502,211Β ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximatelyΒ 0.60% of the issued share capital of Headlam.Β
HeadlamΒ alsoΒ announces that it has been notified today that MrΒ SΒ GΒ WilsonΒ (a person discharging managerial responsibilities within Headlam) purchased 56,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price ofΒ 393.31Β pence per share onΒ 13 May 2008.
Following this transaction, MrΒ SΒ GΒ WilsonΒ is beneficially interested inΒ 400,770Β ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximatelyΒ 0.48% of the issued share capital of Headlam.Β
