Hardy announces that on 13 October 2008, it was notified that Mr Sastry Karra, Chief Executive of the Company, has purchased 6,479 ordinary shares of US$0.01 each in the Company at 244.47p per share. Following this purchase, Mr Karra is interested in 8,461,679 ordinary shares in the Company representing approximately 13.59% of the issued share capital.
