Notice of Annual General Meeting
Hardy Oil and Gas plc (LSE: HDY), the oil and gas exploration and production company focused in India, announces that it has published its Annual Report and Accounts for 2012 (the "Annual Report and Accounts").
The Company's 2013 Annual General Meeting will be held at Skene House Rosemount 96 Rosemount Viaduct, Aberdeen, AB25 1NX on Thursday 9 May 2013 at 11.00 am. A copy of the Annual Report and Accounts is available to view on the Company's website: www.Hardyoil.com.
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, a copy of each of the Annual Report and Accounts, the Notice of the Annual General Meeting 2013 and the form of proxy in relation to the Annual General Meeting 2013 have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority via the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for viewing shortly www.morningstar.co.uk.
