Directors' Dealings
The board of the Company announces that Peter Davenport, the Finance Director of the Company, has notified the Company that on 30 July 2008, he acquired 500,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 1.75 pence per share taking his holding to 560,000 shares, which represents 0.3 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital.
In addition, in recognition of the considerable additional services recently provided to the Company by Hugh Smith and David Mott, non-executive directors of the Company, it has approved the payment to them of additional fees, to be satisfied by the allotment and issue of new ordinary shares in the Company to each of them as follows:
