Director Option Award
Hardide plc (AIM: HDD), the provider of advanced surface coating technology, announces the award of 3 million share options ("Options") to Dr Yuri Nikolaevich Zhuk, Technical Director of the Company, at an exercise price of 1.08 pence per ordinary share of 0.1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Share") being the closing price of an Ordinary Share on 9 September 2015.
The Options are exercisable for a maximum period of ten years from the granting of the Options and only vest if the Company's share price reaches 3 pence or above per Ordinary Share as at the close of business on any one day within four years of the date of grant.
