Share dealings

The Company received notification today that on 17 July 2013 Niki Karamanlis acquired an interest in the voting rights of 10,643,961 shares of the Company (representing 23.33% of the voting rights in the Company), held through Bedat Holdings Limited and Berto Enterprises Inc.. Niki Karamanlis is not interested in any other voting rights in the Company.

The Company has been informed that Bedat Holdings Limited will continue to exercise its voting rights in the Company in concert with Faith Holdings Inc. and Corpus Holdings Inc..

The Company received notification today that on 17 July 2013 Fotini Karamanlis, the Company's Chief Executive Officer disposed her 50% shareholding in Bedat Holdings Limited for nil consideration and is therefore no longer interested in the 10,643,961 shares of the Company (representing 23.33% of the voting rights in the Company) held by Bedat Holdings Limited. Following this disposal, Fotini Karamanlis remains interested in 10,643,960 representing 23.33% of the voting rights in the Company held through Faith Holdings Inc..

The Company received notification today that on 17 July 2013 Konstantinos Karamanlis is no longer interested in the 10,643,961 shares of the Company (representing 23.33% of the voting rights in the Company) held through Bedat Holdings Limited. Following this disposal, Konstantinos Karamanlis remains interested in 10,643,960 representing 23.33% of the voting rights in the Company held through Corpus Holdings Inc..

About Hellenic Carriers Limited

Hellenic Carriers Limited manages through Hellenic Shipmanagement Corp. a fleet of dry bulk vessels that transport iron ore, coal, grain, steel products, cement, alumina, and other dry bulk cargoes worldwide. The fleet consists of three vessels, comprising one Panamax, one Supramax and one Handymax with an aggregate carrying capacity of 169,116 dwt and a weighted average age of 16.2 years. Two new building vessels currently under construction, both Kamsarmaxes with an aggregate carrying capacity of about 164,000 dwt are scheduled for delivery within 2013.
