The Company was notified today that on 26 March 2012 Mr Michael Edwards, a connected person to John Hewitt for the purposes of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, purchased 485 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company at 485 pence per share.

John Hewitt, a Director of the Company, now has a disclosable beneficial interest in 10,485 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company representing 0.2 per cent of the total voting rights of the Company.
