The Company wishes to announce that Charles Butler, a non-executive director and chairman of the board, has, with effect from 22 May 2019, been appointed as a non-executive director of Essensys PLC. He is chairman of the audit committee and a member of the remuneration committee of Essensys PLC.
The Company also wishes to announce that Charles Butler has been appointed as a non-executive director of Atlantic Leaf Properties Limited with effect from 9 April 2019.
