Interim Dividend Currency Exchange Rate

On 7 August 2025, Harbour announced an interim dividend of $227.5 million (13.19 US cents per share) for the half year ended 30 June 2025 (the "Dividend").
The Dividend will be paid in GBP Sterling on 24 September 2025 to shareholders on the register on 15 August 2025 (the "Record Date"). This announcement confirms the GBP Sterling/US Dollar exchange rate, as at the Record Date, applicable for the Dividend.
