Notification of transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities and Persons Closely Associated with them
On 7 July 2022, shares in certain EIG-managed entities were transferred by Linda Z. Cook, Chief Executive Officer, to her spouse Steven R. Cook. As the EIG-managed entities have an interest in the ordinary shares of the Company, these arrangements require notification. Linda Cook's direct and indirect interests in the Company remain unchanged.
