The Company was informed today that on 8 July 2013 Nicholas Flanagan, Chief Financial Officer, purchased 36,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 27.75 pence per share. This purchase takes Mr Flanagan's total holding to 384,333 ordinary shares, representing 0.84% of the Company's total issued share capital.
