Director Dealing
The Company announces that it has today received the following notification of dealing in Haydale shares from Ray Gibbs, Haydale's CEO. On 13 January 2017, Mr Gibbs' SIPP purchased 4,353 ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company at £1.60 per share. Following this purchase, Mr Gibbs' shareholding in Haydale has increased to 486,353 ordinary shares, representing approximately 2.8% of the Company's issued share capital.
