Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting
Nighthawk Energy plc ("Nighthawk" or "the Company") announces that its Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 30 June 2011 and Notice of Annual General Meeting were posted to shareholders on 30 September 2011.
The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at 12.00 noon on Wednesday 26 October 2011 at FTI Consulting, Holborn Gate, 26 Southampton Buildings, London WC2A 1PB.
