H&T Group plc, the UK's largest pawnbroker and a leading retailer of new and pre-owned jewellery and watches, announces that Simon Walker, Chairman of H&T Group PLC, purchased 15,000 ordinary shares of 5p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 444.35p per Ordinary Share on 12th June 2023. Following this transaction his beneficial holding is now 15,000 shares representing 0.03% of the total issued share capital and voting rights in the Company.
