H&T CFO appointment update

Further to the announcement of 9 August 2021 H&T Group is pleased to announce that Diane (Di) Elizabeth Giddy (47) joined H&T Group plc on 1 November 2021. She has commenced her employment at the Group as chief financial director (designate), and she will join the board as an executive director and chief financial officer of the Group upon completion of the requisite regulatory approvals.

In the past five years she held the directorships at FirstRand Securities Limited and FirstRand UK Limited, in relation to her previous role. She continues to act as a director of Lucid Creative Works Limited and Cotton Bobbins (PTY) Ltd (dormant). She has no interests in the ordinary shares or options over ordinary shares in H&T Group plc. There are no further disclosures required under Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
