H&T Group PLC ("the Company") announces the following disclosure provided pursuant to AIM Rule 17 of the AIM Rules for Companies. On 13 August 2020, the Company was notified by Artemis Investment Management LLP, that their percentage holding of the total shares outstanding in the Company was 12.74 per cent as at 12 August 2020.
