Admission to trading
HaloSource, Inc. (HAL.LN, HALO.LN), the global clean water and antimicrobial technology company traded on London's AIM, is pleased to announce the completion of the placing of new common shares (the "Placing Shares") to raise £7 million.
Admission of the Placing Shares to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange plc is expected to commence at 8:00 a.m. today ("Admission"). The number of common shares in issue at Admission for notification of interests in the share capital of the Company will be 220,230,404.
