Grant of options under the Company's Save As You Earn Scheme and Notification of transactions by Directors
The Company is pleased to announce that it has launched the 2023 Save As You Earn Scheme (the "2023 SAYE Scheme") for all eligible employees.
Eligible employees were invited to subscribe for options ("Options") over the Company's ordinary shares of 0.01 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") which have been granted at an exercise price of £0.95 per Ordinary Share in accordance with the terms of the 2023 SAYE Scheme. The Options were granted on 18 October 2023 and will normally be exercisable from 1 December 2026 for six months.
103 employees have elected to participate in the 2023 SAYE Scheme and as a result Options over a total of 546,376 Ordinary Shares have been granted in respect of the 2023 SAYE Scheme, representing 0.31% of the Company's issued share capital.
