The company was notified on 17th July 2008 that two connected persons of Dr Geoffrey Guy, a Director of the Company, each gifted 52,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p for nil consideration to a family member. The total number of shares gifted of 104,000 represents 0.09% of the issued share capital.
