Result of EGM, and appointment of new Director
The Company is pleased to announce that, at the Company's Extraordinary General Meeting held earlier today, the resolution to change the Company's Investing Policy was passed unanimously.
Further, the Company is pleased to announce that Sam Quinn has been appointed a non-executive director of the Company with immediate effect.
Sam Delevan Quinn (aged 38), a British and Australian citizen, is a corporate lawyer with over a decade's worth of experience in the natural resources sector, in both legal counsel and executive management positions. Mr Quinn is currently the Director of Corporate Finance and Legal Counsel for the Dragon Group, a London-based natural resources venture capital firm, a Non-Executive Director of AIM-quoted Red Rock Resources plc and the company secretary of AIM-quoted Stratmin Global Resources plc. During time spent in these roles, Mr Quinn has gained significant experience in the administration, operation, financing and promotion of natural resource companies.
Prior to working in the mining sector, Mr Quinn worked as a corporate lawyer for Jackson McDonald Barristers & Solicitors in Perth, Western Australia and for Nabarro LLP in London. Mr Quinn graduated from the University of Western Australia in 1999 with a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts and is a qualified lawyer in Western Australia and in England & Wales.

As far as the Company and its directors are aware, there are no further matters that require disclosure in relation to Mr Quinn pursuant to Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules.
As a result of his participation in the Company's recent placing, Mr Quinn holds 37,972,390 ordinary shares in the Company of no par value each (the "Ordinary Shares"), equivalent to 2.8% of the issued share capital in the Company, and 11,368,979 warrants to subscribe for Ordinary Shares at 0.07 pence per share.
Chairman's Comment
Commenting on the appointment, Cameron Pearce, the Chairman of the Company, said "The appointment of Sam Quinn to the Board is an important addition to the Company in its re-positioning as a company investing in the natural resources sector as approved by shareholders at today's EGM. We are actively evaluating investment opportunities and will make a further announcement in due course."
