Treveria plc (the "Company") announces that it has today been notified by Mr Jeffrey Strong and Mr David Malpica, both being Directors of the Company, of the information set out below.
Directors' dealing and notification of changes to significant shareholders
QVT Financial LP, a company in which Mr. Strong was until recently a senior investment professional, sold 91,554,086 ordinary shares of €0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of €0.0185 per ordinary share on 5 March 2015. On the same date, Richmond Invest GmbH, a company in which Mr Malpica is beneficially interested, purchased 91,154,086 Ordinary Shares at a price of €0.0185 per share.
