Globalworth (AIM: GWI), the leading office investor in Central and Eastern Europe, hereby acknowledges that Standard & Poor's ("S&P") has affirmed Globalworth's 'BB+' long-term issuer credit and senior unsecured debt ratings while revising the outlook from stable to negative.
