Second Interim Dividend Payment

The Company is pleased to announce that its Board of Directors has approved the payment of an interim dividend in respect of the six-month financial period ended on 31 December 2019 of €0.30 per ordinary share, which will be paid (or CREST accounts credited) on Friday 7 February 2020 to shareholders on the register as at close of business on Friday 24 January 2020 with a corresponding ex-dividend date of Thursday 23 January 2020.

This dividend follows the first interim dividend of €0.30 per share in respect of the six-month financial period ended 30 June 2019, announced on 23 July 2019 and distributed in August 2019. This results in a full year dividend for the 2019 financial year of €0.60 per share.
