Second Interim Dividend Payment

The Company is pleased to announce that its Board of Directors has approved the payment of an interim dividend in respect of the six-month financial period ended on 31 December 2018 of €0.27 per ordinary share, which will be paid (or CREST accounts credited) on Friday 8 February 2019 to shareholders on the register as at close of business on Friday 25 January 2019 with a corresponding ex-dividend date of Thursday 24 January 2019.

This dividend follows the first interim dividend of €0.27 per share in respect of the six-month financial period ended 30 June 2018, announced on 11 July 2018 and distributed in August 2018. This results in a full year dividend for the 2018 financial year of €0.54 per share, which is consistent with guidance previously announced and the Company's target of paying a sustainable and growing dividend on a semi-annual basis.
