It controls York Global Finance Manager, LLC, which is the senior managing member of York Global Finance Offshore BDH, LLC, which is the 100% shareholder of York Global Finance Offshore BDH (Luxembourg) S.à.r.l, which in turn is the shareholder in the Issuer.

The voting rights in the Issuer are ultimately controlled by York Capital Management Global Advisors, LLC.
