Globalworth Real Estate Investments Limited (the "Company" or "Globalworth")

 

Director Shareholding

 

The Company announces that on 10 July 2018 AYRAD Investments Limited, a company which is 100% owned by Eli Alroy, a non-executive director of the Company, transferred 60,000 ordinary shares of no par value each ("Ordinary Shares") into the name of Mr Alroy. This transfer resulted in no change to the beneficial ownership by Mr Alroy of the Ordinary Shares and he continues (directly and, indirectly, via AYRAD Investments Limited) to have an interest in 698,814 Ordinary Shares.
