11 March 2015 Guscio PLC ("Guscio" or the "Company" or the "Group") Directors dealing Guscio announces that Marcus Yeoman, the Non-Executive Director of the Company,yesterday purchased 200,000 ordinary shares in the issued share capital of theCompany ("Ordinary Shares"), equivalent to 1.26 per cent. of its voting sharecapital. The transaction was effected by an off market purchase at a price of 8pence per share. Following this purchase, Mr Yeoman is beneficially interested in a total of379,106 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 2.39 per cent. of the voting sharecapital of the Company.
