Update on the Disposal and Issue of Consideration Shares
Following the announcement of 13 March 2014, the Company can confirm that Venn Life Sciences Holdings Plc has issued 864,706 new ordinary shares to Evocutis plc, at an effective price of 24.3 pence per share and that all conditions of the disposal (as detailed in the circular posted to shareholders on 26 February 2014 and available on the Company's website, www.evocutis.com) have been met and the completion has been effective as of today.
