Human Brands Update
Gunsynd Plc (AIM: GUN, NEX: GUN) announces that it has been informed by its investee company, Human Brands International, Inc. ("Human Brands"), that it has entered into an agreement to acquire a 10% equity shareholding in Milestone Beverages HK Ltd ("Milestone"), a Hong Kong based independent wine and spirits distributor whose founder, Joe Milner, was a Regional Director (Asia) for Constellation Brands and led the Luxury International Spirits division (Asia) for Diageo.
The directors of Human Brands expect the deal will provide Human Brands with access to Milestone's distribution network to distribute its own products in the region, adding to its current distribution base of Thailand and the USA.
The directors of Gunsynd accept responsibility for this announcement.
