Grant of Options
The Company announces that it has agreed to grant 30 million share options to George Garnett, a non-executive director of the Company ("New Options").
Each New Option will entitle the holder to subscribe for a new ordinary share of 0.01p in the Company ("Shares") at an exercise price of 0.05 pence per Share (which represents a premium of 25 per cent over the closing mid-price of the Company on 9 February 2018) and are exercisable at any time within 5 years from the date of grant.
The table below sets out the directors' interest in the Company following this grant of options:-

The issued share capital of the Company comprises 4,882,924,490 ordinary shares.
Following the grant of the New Options, a total of 342,650,840 options and nil warrants are outstanding at the date of this notification, representing approximately 6.4% of its issued ordinary share capital.
The grant of the New Options is considered to be a related party transaction under the AIM Rules for Companies. Hamish Harris and Donald Strang, being directors of the Company who are not interested in the transaction, having consulted with Cairn Financial Advisers LLP, the Company's nominated adviser, considers that the terms of the New Options are fair and reasonable as far as the Company's shareholders are concerned.
This announcement contains inside information for the purposes of Article 7 of EU Regulation 596/2014.
