Total Voting Rights
In accordance with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the CompanyΒ would like to notify the market of the following:
GTE's share capital consists of 71,921,594 ordinary shares withΒ voting rights. The Company holds no shares in treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company isΒ 71,921,594.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for theΒ calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify theirΒ interest in, or a change to their interest in,Β GTEΒ under the FSA'sΒ Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
