Posting of Circular
Further to the announcement on 18 December of proposals to issue US$10m of Loan Notes, GTE announces that a circular relating to the issue has been posted to shareholders. The circular, which includes a notice convening a general meeting to be held at the offices of the Company's lawyers, Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe (Europe) LLP, 107 Cheapside, London EC2V 6DN at 10.00 am on 11 January 2010, will shortly be available to view on the Company's website www.gtefficiency.com.
