Exercise of options
The Company announces that it has received a notice of exercise to issue 1,200 new ordinary shares of 0.25p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at 15.0p per share pursuant to the Company's EMI share option scheme.
Application has been made for the admission of 1,200 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 14 December 2017. On admission, the Company will have 37,563,615 shares in issue.
There are no shares held in treasury, therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 37,563,615. This figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
