Directors Dealing
The Company announces that it received notice today that Peter Stephens, who is a director of the Company, acquired 55,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 31.75p per share on 3 January 2019.
As a result of the above transactions, Peter Stephens' total interest in the Company (including shares held by his wife) is now 1,943,500 Ordinary Shares, being 5.17% of the Company's issued share capital.
