GSTechnologies Ltd (LSE: GST), the integrated information and communication technology infrastructure solutions provider, announces that Mr William Knight has decided to stand down as a non-executive director of the Company on 2 December 2019 to focus on his other business interests.

The Company has commenced the search for a replacement non-executive director, to ensure that the board composition is appropriate following the departure of Mr Knight. Further announcements will be made as appropriate.
