Director Dealings

The Company was informed on 17 November 2014 that Mr David McDonald, a director of the Company, purchased 1,400,000 ordinary shares of nil par value ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 0.92 pence per Ordinary Share on 14 November 2014, having purchased 20,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 11.5 pence per Ordinary Share on 20 December 2013 (having informed the Company on 23 December 2013). Following these transactions, Mr McDonald holds 1,420,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.31% of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.

In addition, the Company was informed on 17 November 2014 that Mr Keng Hock Seah, a director of the Company, purchased 450,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 0.8924 pence per Ordinary Share on 17 November 2014. Following this transaction, Mr Keng Hock Seah holds 450,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.10% of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
