Dividend declaration

The Board of directors of VH Global Sustainable Energy Opportunities plc (the "Company") announces an interim dividend of 1.25p per Ordinary Share with respect to the period 1 April 2022 to 30 June 2022, as scheduled below:

The Company reaffirms the annual dividend target of 5p per Ordinary Share for the year beginning 1 January 2022*.
