VH GLOBAL SUSTAINABLE ENERGY OPPORTUNITIES plc

RESULT OF GENERAL MEETING

Following the General Meeting ("GM") of the Company, which was held earlier today, the Board is pleased to announce that the ordinary resolution and special resolution in connection with the allotment of New Ordinary Shares and the disapplication of pre-emption rights, as set out in the circular to shareholders dated 9 June 2022, were approved by shareholders. The resolutions put to the GM were voted on by way of a poll.

The text of all the resolutions is contained in the notice of GM.

The results of the poll were as follows:-

On the record date for voting at the meeting, the Company's issued share capital consisted of 311,589,799 ordinary shares of £0.01 nominal value each, carrying one vote each. The Company holds no shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company was 311,589,799.

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.2, copies of the resolutions passed at the General Meeting will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
