VH Global Sustainable Energy Opportunities plc

Dividend declaration

The Board of directors of VH Global Sustainable Energy Opportunities plc (the "Company") announces an interim dividend of 1.42p per Ordinary Share with respect to the period 1 July 2024 to 30 September 2024, of this amount, 0.92p per share will be designated as an interest distribution.

The Company reaffirms the annual dividend target of 5.68p per Ordinary Share for the year beginning 1 January 2024*.
