Final Dividend

As part of the announcement of the Company's annual results for the year ended 30 April 2026, released at 7.00 a.m. this morning, the Directors have declared, subject to approval by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting, a final dividend of 2.45 pence per ordinary share. This dividend is payable on 18 September 2026 to holders of ordinary shares on the register at close of business on 7 August 2026. The ex-dividend date will be 6 August 2026.
